Andrea's creations are characterized by the highest quality chocolate combined with the flavors and fragrances of Tuscany in small batch, artisanal production.

His chocolates have won countless accolades and national and international medals and awards, including special honors from the prestigious James Beard Foundation.
Andrea was also named "Best Artisan Chocolatier" in 2008 at the international chocolate festival "Eurochocolate".
